1. Service Agreement: By engaging the services of the Shop, the customer agrees to the terms and conditions outlined herein.
2. Estimates: All cost estimates provided by the Shop are based on the initial assessment of the vehicle’s condition. Actual costs may vary depending on the extent of repairs needed. The customer will be informed of any changes in cost before the commencement of additional work.
3. Authorization: The customer authorizes the Shop to perform the agreed-upon repairs and services. Any additional work not covered by the initial estimate will require separate authorization and agreement on costs.
4. Parts and Materials: The Shop reserves the right to use new, used, or aftermarket parts as deemed appropriate for the repair. All replaced parts will be retained by the Shop unless otherwise specified by the customer.
5. Payment Terms: Payment for services is due upon completion of the repairs. The Shop accepts cash, credit cards, and other agreed-upon methods. Invoices not paid within the specified timeframe are subject to late fees and may result in legal action for collection. All vehicles are subject to a storage fee of $20 per business day 72 hours after repairs are completed and invoices left unpaid.
6. Customer’s Responsibilities: Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete information about their vehicle’s condition. The Shop is not liable for any issues arising from incomplete or inaccurate information provided by the customer.
7. Liability: The Shop is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items left in the vehicle during the repair process. The customer is advised to remove valuables from the vehicle before leaving it with the Shop.
8. Delays: The Shop will make reasonable efforts to complete repairs within the estimated time frame. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. The customer will be notified of any significant delays.
9. Promotional Rights & Advertising: The client grants the shop permission to take and use photographs of their vehicle (during and after repairs) for digital marketing, social media, and advertising.
10. Privacy & Anonymity: The shop agrees not to reveal the client's personal, identifiable information (e.g., obscuring the license plate, removing names) in any public-facing marketing material.
11. No Financial Compensation: The client acknowledges that their vehicle may be used for promotional purposes and that they are not entitled to any royalties or financial compensation.
12. Dispute Resolution: Any disputes arising from these terms and conditions will be resolved through mediation or arbitration in accordance with local laws.
